“Steve came into a programme I was working on client side as the contractors interim Project Director. The project was a year late and in something of disarray. Issues with design, materials, production, resources, delivery, client relations and so forth. Steve brought an air of authority and calm to the project. He stabilised the project and got the first unit built and into test successfully.
